About the Role
Icon is seeking a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Representitive to join our rapidly expanding team. Based in Denver, CO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Icon's revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Success in this role hinges on your proactive approach and readiness to seize promising opportunities.
A Day in the Life
- Proactively generate new opportunities through various outbound tactics
- Convey Icon's unique value proposition to drive sales.
- Nurture and manage a diverse pipeline of partner opportunities spanning various industries.
- Ensure the efficient and consistent utilization of our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on current market trends and cultivate relevant relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- While not mandatory, experience in HR tech sales is highly advantageous.
- A natural curiosity and interest in financial products.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace change.
- A desire to have fun, collaborate, nurture curiosity, and commit to continuous learning.
