Co-founders Edith Cooper and Jordan Taylor (CEO), are a mother-daughter team with deep expertise and different perspectives. Edith is the former Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, and a current Board Director of Amazon, PepsiCo, the MoMA, and Mt Sinai. Jordan graduated from Harvard Business School in 2018 as a Baker Scholar and is a former consultant and startup operator. The Medley team is headquartered in New York, NY, and our team is distributed across the United States. We are backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Zeal Capital Partners, among others, and have been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Fast Company.
