Position Summary: As a Product Manager at Muse, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative solutions in the financial services industry. We are looking for a product leader who is a visionary, detail-oriented, with startup experience and a track record of successful SaaS product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that integrates seamlessly with our business goals and the latest market trends.
• Research and Insights: Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to capture insights that drive strategic product decisions.
• Product Planning: Define and prioritize a roadmap of product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Requirements Management: Craft detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the development team.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with founders, Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product features are executed to the highest standards.
• User Experience: Partner with UX/UI Designers to develop intuitive interfaces that elevate the customer experience.
• Launch and Marketing: Oversee the launch of new features and products, including the creation of marketing strategies, collateral, and user documentation.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track product performance and user engagement to identify and implement improvements based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is highly advantageous.
• Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS within the financial services sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development cycles. Experience with product management tools and data analytics/bi tools is highly regarded.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering innovative and impactful products.
